Near & Far Aid

Near and Far Aid Association is an all-volunteer fund-raising and fund-granting organization dedicated to meeting the critical needs of our communities, primarily within Fairfield County, CT.

Near & Far Aid grants help provide aid to children, adults in crisis, the elderly, the homeless, and those in need of education, job training and community health services.

The Board of Near & Far Aid carefully researches grant applications from more than 100 agencies each year serving the disadvantaged, leveraging its long-standing relationships with community leaders and business experience of its members to ensure that our grants make a significant impact.

Because of the generosity and hard work of so many, Near & Far Aid is in the process of distributing $1.3 Million dollars in support of some small but highly effective grass roots agencies as well as recognizing the valuable work done by larger and very successful agencies that are making a positive difference in the lives of so many.

We hope you will become a part of Near & Far Aid and know that with your support we are able to help reduce the fear and hopelessness of poverty and in many cases permanently change the lives of those in our community near to our hearts but far from our circumstances.
