Having worked for 13 years in the Equity Trading Department of a
major Wall Street firm, Mary-Jo McAvey has the ability to work
quickly and well under pressure. She recognizes that time is
certainly of the essence and looks to offer client-driven
service.
Mary-Jo enjoys meeting new people and sharing her genuinely
enthusiastic love for Fairfield and its
surrounding towns. She volunteers on behalf of her children’s
schools, church and sports. Mary-Jo is
currently on the board of the Norma Pfriem Breast Care Center
dedicated to ensuring hands-on medical care for cancer patients,
as well as, providing a comfortably nurturing environment for
healing. She greatly enjoys her volunteer work with this unique
group of women. Additionally, Mary-Jo is a founding member of a
grass roots organization called The Giving Circle, aimed at
dedicating their time to helping local charities.
As a 16 year Fairfield resident, Mary-Jo had the good fortune of
working first hand with Al Filippone
Associates on the sale of her first home and the purchase of her
